Chesnok Red Garlic
Type: Standard purple stripe hardneck variety originating from the Republic of Georgia.
Appearance: Striking bulbs wrapped in whitish paper with heavy, vibrant purple-mahogany stripes, containing about 8 to 10 cloves per head.
Flavor Profile: Rich, sweet, and mellow when roasted or sauteed, with a smooth, medium flavor when eaten raw that never overpowers.
